Jumping from memphis to UGA would be a HUGE jump for an experienced coach, but for one with little to no experience....could be very tough.

4 years of head coaching experience is a heck of a lot more than Richt had when we hired him. What we need is a program builder, which Fuente has done very well, because Richt has helped tear ours down.

Averging 10 wins a year is hardly tearing down a program.

Making statements like that is unrealistic and doesn't help your argument. if your argument is he can't get us to the next level, and the program is stagnant, I can see and understand your reasoning. But call the program a dumpster fire...or saying he has torn down the program is telling me you love hyperbole.

True, and a good point. But, I am talking about the administrative work...personel dealing....stuff outside of coaching duties that you have to deal with at a huge University.
