I'm not sure I follow. Murray holds pretty much every single SEC passing record. Richt saw that he was better than mettenberger, as we saw how that played out.

Park's name was never in the discussion to start this year, that's what he left. Our coaches weren't deciding between two excellent quarterbacks - they were choosing the pile of shite that smelled the least. And Park didn't factor into that decision. It's easy to say he could have been great, but he was deemed to be worse than the 3 we went with...and you have seen how they have played.

Also there is not a chronic lack of OL - our OL has just been bad this year.

I won't call you a moron if you are sensitive, but your posts have been moronic

that's better.

I never said Mett should have won the job over Murray. I said there was a lot of talk the Mett/Murray spring that Mett looked damn good. And it turned out to be true.

there was ALSO a lot of talk that Park was CLEARLY the most talented QB on the roster with the best skillset. i'm thinking that talk was probably true as well.

Admittedly I was just speculating as to why schottenheimer (who's judgement HAS to be called into question at this point) chose to shunt Park to the side.

seeing Ramsey and Bauta in action it's not much of a leap to acknowledge that any spring observations that Jacob Park was our best Qb were quite possibly true.

as to OL we just have to disagree. i see a team that frequently misses on stud OL they really want (Laremy), generally underrecruits OL numbers, offers last minute desperation scholarships to late bloomers after missing on primary targets, underdevelops the OL they DO get (Theus) is chronically short on depth and believes in finesse over push.
