The DOJ is currently turning felony conviction drug dealers (they had lbs of weed) loose and ACC is arresting kids with a fricking preroll.

Didn't Ohio just reject legalization? Bet OSU was pissed LOL. I agree that a misdemeanor seems like a ticketing offense. Not arresting..crazy.
