Coker intentionally grounded the ball.
I'm not certain if he was outside the tackle box or not, but there was no receiver even remotely in the area, and the ball did not reach the line of scrimmage.
The fact he was being tackled also had no bearing on the play.
The no call ended up playing no significant part in the outcome of the game, but still a call that would make any official anywhere shake his head.

He threw it at Ridley's feet if it's the one that I am thinking about. That's not grounding.

He wasn't outside of the tackle box, but he threw it and almost hit #3's feet with the ball. How is that intentional grounding?
