tbf, all 3 of those guys started off losing in low pressure jobs. They were given the time to develop players without any pressure to win. It's why many people like that fail when they move to other, bigger jobs (obviously Harbaugh hasn't but the list is very long). None of those guys would have made it out of year 3 at A&M with their results

You're right. Pinkel was 22-25 his first four years at Mizzou. Briles was 25-25 his first four at Baylor. Sumlin is 33-13 (with several games left this season). Thanks for the perspective....
