My comment was not directed at UGA but college programs in general. The days of having to play at a "high profile" program to get noticed by the NFL are waning.

My example of the no 1 overall playing at Central Michigan has nothing to do with UGA. Mack played at Buffalo for goodness sake and went 5 overall a year later.

The point being you don't have to play for a UGA, a Bama, Fla, Penn St, western USC, Ohio St, etc to get noticed and drafted anymore. The pros will find you believe me.

Just watch what happens to the QB at lowly Memphis if he stays healthy.

In regard to the number of players from UGA in the NFL. I would attribute that to the talent level rather than coming from UGA. Many of those players blossom when they get to the NFL vs what they did at UGA. Davis at Denver being the prime example but there are many others. Additionally, you can argue that even makes the results of our program even worse - how can you have the 3rd most NFL talent in the nation and are middle tier SEC and worse on a national level - how can that be?
