What does Saban and/or Kirby smart do to have insanely prepared LBs every year?

There are plenty of highly rated linebackers that get signed around the SEC every year, but it seems like Alabama has had a stud, #1 caliber linebacker on the field since Saban arrived.
2007/2008/2009 - McClain
2010/2011 - Hightower
2011/2012/2013 - Moseley
2014 - DePriest (weakest of the bunch)
2015 - Ragland
What is their magic? (Besides roids, deer antler spray, and chrome Chargers)

Crome Chargers?

they learn the system and play behind a stud so they are over ready when the time comes. Foster will be the man next year and I like his closing speed

In a 3-4 the linebackers are supposed to be the the rock stars aren't they?

Recruit at the highest level, coach the kids up at the highest level, and naturally they produce on the field.

Maybe several 5*s every class.
