Update OP with Marcus Lattimore - Director of Character Development. 
He will work with the players on the team in that regard and will also be involved in the recruiting side of things, especially when prospects take unofficial and official visits to South Carolina.

I like that much better. Charlie doing work coming-up with new titles for the new positions.
