Yep. Lots of parallels between the two. Both have leaped head and shoulders over an overrated Eastern counterpart

Garret is great, but he has a lot of work to do in the run game. Big issue against Arky was him over pursuing on run plays, but I think that's easy to fix. It will make him a less effective pass rusher on early downs, but he'll still dominate on obvious passing situations.
