Tennessee snaps the ball with 3 seconds left and gets a substitution penalty (even though when they snap it, they didn't break the huddle, the player didn't pass the numbers and was completely off the field when the ball was snapped).

56:52 Tennessee snaps the ball with 12 Florida players on the field. Ref blows whistle and signals to stop the clock after the kick is made to signal Florida timeout.

56:59 Back Judge is seen counting Florida players on the field, but does not throw flag.
