The problems seem easy to me. Lack of talent which is never going to change at Arkansas. The way Bert wants to play ball doesn't do good when you play so many teams with more talent then you. Bert hasn't been able to improve recruiting at all . Coaching turn over seems to be very high and the coaches are not even leaving for jobs that are much better. With his still of offense he should be able get better players then he has. I don't see anything that isn't wrong at Arkansas . They need a coach that can coach up players better like Petrino.
