Yes there was rape but they did not cover it up. They moved pretty fast and those kids were out.

The administration moved quickly. I'm not altogether convinced Franklin didn't participate in some destruction of evidence or obstruction.

The investigation has been pretty thorough. The only thing that ever came out was that Franklin had allegedly contacted the victim, but I think it came out that she was a member of the dance team or something and that Franklin probably was not aware she was the victim yet.

Honestly, if he had done anything illegal like destruction of evidence or obstruction then he would be indicted. Chris Boyd was charged for telling his teammates to delete the video. I can't imagine that if Franklin had done something that it would not have come to light yet.

Even assuming he interfered in some way, it's totally unfair to say that Vanderbilt covered it up. Everyone else within the university did everything by the book and very quickly.

Yep. And I believe you and I had the same opinion of KA before he was hired.

If we're gonna cheat, note to staff -please pay some good receivers and running backs. Thank you.
