You haven't solved half the problems here, but it's a start.
Do you have a ceiling wage for the players? Do you have a floor?

I am not going to pretend like I have all the answers, nor do I care enough about it to contemplate it much further. I am going to keep buying tickets regardless. The current system is not sustainable though. The amateur tag either needs to be removed or there needs to be much more input from member institutions in enforcing the rules.
