Is it just me, or were the plays COMPLETELY different when the younger skill guys were in the game?

The counter run Boobie D feasted with, reappeared..

motion option from the slot they ran with Bumphis some..

two back options like Boobie and Ducre ran...

Where have these plays been?? and Why are these not implemented in the normal gameplan all the time??

I think some of those plays were used with the First Team. I remember being pretty shocked when I saw us line up with 2 backs. Myles lined up in the slot quite a few times and motioned into the backfield to be the option back. I really liked seeing the counter play. We need more ways to help the backs out.

Mullen is committed to being successful in the running game, so they are going to keep tweaking the plays that we run.

Auburn will have more "stuff" to work on this week.

They were trying things out. We will be ok going forward. I like our odds in a lot of the rest of our games this season

Should be a good test. They are good against the run, I remember.
