There must be some reason everyone else does them. Why the hell did they get invented in the first place?

Two-a-days may be a mental toughness thing for a team, I don't know. But I think a lack of toughness, especially up front is maybe our biggest problem other than injuries. I don't know if we have had a single QB under pressure yet, and our O-line is clearly melted butter soft

Not everyone else does them.

They were invented because way back when, football wasn't year around. They were used to get kids in shape from being home all summer, etc. Now, it's all year long. Running, lifting, proper diet, proper fluids, etc.

The money a university pours into nutrition and health is probably mind boggling. When I played, our strength coach covered everything. Now, the strength coach has quite a few assistants. There is a dietician on staff. There is a nutritionist. It's crazy how much it's changed in just a short time.

That's why I say the injuries may be more on the nutrition side of things, or it could just be a coincidence.

Two a days though, isnt the reason here for our issues.
