Ah yes. Historically. Mettenberger threw for over 3000 yards in 2013 and 2200 in 2012. Jarrett Lee led LSU to an 8-0 start in 2011. Ryan Perrilloux would have been all SEC had he not been dismissed.
Russell put up big numbers in 2005 and 2006. Flynn threw for 2700 in 2007 and won a NC.
Matt Mauck threw for 2800 in 2003 and won a NC. Rohan Davey put up huge numbers and won an SEC title in 2001. Five LSU QBs have been high draft choices since 2000.
We had ONE subpar year at QB with Jennings last year. One. But somehow, 2000-2013 magically like, never happened - because of 2014???

You DO realize that you guys are making his point for him, right? He said your QB situation THIS year is historically bad....meaning that it is worse now than it has ever been. You guys get all mad and start talking about how great LSU QB's have been historically....proving that what he said is correct.
