He was going to face the Florida's Student Conduct Committee in the spring of 09, but he transferred winter of 08. He would have been suspended/expelled for 3 academic violations.

Did he kill anyone while playing for the Gators? Hernandez was drafted in 2010...crimes he committed after have nothing to do with Florida.
