Some of those calls early were pretty awful. The only way ND was going to win was if they got an early lead. But say ND gets a few calls at the beginning and scores a few times. Then it changes everything.

Better teams lose all the time when they lose momentum early.

No they weren't.. you do not know the rule for interference on a fair catch.

Listen child: If a fair catch is called, the ball is not deemed to be "bobbled" until it hits the ground. The kicking team may not touch the ball or the receiving player until the "bobbled" ball has hit the ground. Comprende?

The true ignorance of these chat board fans, and the way they are led like sheep by controversy mongering TV announcers is truly alarming.

We have to do something about both the education system, and about being allowed to post on football boards. Maybe we should require a rules test before these ignorant asses are allowed to post?
