Treon's way too good an athlete to ride the pine IMO. But the QB depth is such that UF can't afford to move him. It kind of sucks for him if he doesn't win the competition.

Grier winning the job doesn't mean Grier stays the QB. If Grier stinks it up, which is very possible considering hes a RS Freshman, Treon will replace him.

-Stick around. When's the last time we had a QB go a full season without injury?

-Maybe become full time starter or maybe not

-Graduate

-NFL?

-Start a family

-Eventually find a career in something other than NFL.

-Retire

-Chill with the grandkids

-Get really old

-Die

-Go to heaven

Treon has to stay at QB for now because there is no one else good enough to play if anything happens to Grier.

Honestly, I think we are going to see Treon on the field a lot this year anyways. He is too good with the ball in his hands, as long as he can stop putting it on the ground.
