Their facilities ARE amazing. I was up there this summer and dang... the football facility & stadium are like this world to their own that reminds one of the corporate HQ campus of an extremely successful Fortune 100. The frigging stadium has waterfalls flowing off of the sides, the IPF is humongous, and the office/locker room/ ops building absolutely mushroom-stamps Bright. Plus, Eugene is a pretty nice town that has picturesque mountain rivers flowing about 15 minutes away.
It'd be pretty funny if UTx hired Chip and he told them their facilities suck and desperately need upgrading... which would be a rude awakening for that fanbase which doesn't realize that dungeon-like Moncrief-Neuhaus has been totally eclipsed by multiple other programs.
