Poor guy. This why Bret won't make it to the Big Show in the SEC. There are literally 8 weeks worth of opponents before he should even be thinking about Auburn, and yet here he is with Auburn on his mind. Auburn is not only taking up real estate in Hog fans' minds but now the coach is obsessing too. Bret needs to be worrying about UTEP, and Texas A&M right now, NOT Auburn.

You're right, him talking about a conference opponent is the reason he won't make it in the SEC. Flawless logic

frick you're right! I'm sure he's completely forgotten about all of the other games and is completely unprepared for the UTEP opener, judging by an off-hand remark about Auburn after a fall camp practice.

He worried about Auburn? No, he's only worried about the first game, one game at a time.
