In short, if you are accepted in to UGA, unless there are EXTREME circumstances or you're an athlete, you qualify for HOPE. It's definitely not like Texas where if you finish in the top 10% of your graduating class, you are already accepted in to UT Austin.

That would be awesome- I'd move my kids to Carver or Stephenson for their last HS semester....

Does UGA or any GA college get the same amount of money from Hope as a cash paying student? Ive never actually seen if they have a different reimbursement structure
