I am by no means an expert so please be kind but it seemed to me last year teams were able to get to the edge on us fairly easily before db's closed. If agree do you think we will improve this year in that area?

The strength of the interior is well documented, but I think the edges will be fine. Devall is a seasoned run defender who knows how to set the edge. Jon Allen and Ryan Anderson can as well. Lee may be a sideline-sideline backer at Sam. One thing too is at CB/Star we have some good size, so if they're willing run defenders (Cyrus is a bit smaller, but I recall being impressed by his willingness to come up against the run) that should help eliminate some of that work on the edge.

I've said it multiple times, but for this I'll reiterate. I'd personally be don't see any legitimate reason (other than if we overhyped them) for the front to allow any of the big time rushing attacks we play to have success against us. MAYBE Georgia with their stable of backs and seasoned OL, but where's the passing game? We should hopefully be able to stack the box.
