I mean obviously he isn't good enough to be a P5 coach but he's very overqualified to be the HC at Fort Lewis College. If I was that kid I'd be happy too.

Low expectations and low pressure probably means JL will do just fine there. The guy just couldn't handle big time college sports. Its a nice way for JLS to finish off his coaching career before retirement.
