I'll take Forbes and US News opinion over some random message board person any second of every minute, of every hour, of every day, week, month, year, decade, century, and millennium.

I prefer to use a source with a somewhat solid basis of ranking. CWUR is one of the better ones in terms of using solid formulations.
Here are their Ranking Formulas and 2015 USA Rankings
No stupid cost of attendance or HS guidance counselors influencing the ranking.
It isn't perfect by any stretch...but it is much better than US News and Forbes...despite being lesser known.
ETA: Just noticed that Mizzou and Georgia are right next to each other in these rankings...which is about where I'd put them...about neck and neck.
