re: Why does all European food suck except Italian?

I'm there, too. I don't enjoy most "soul food" type dishes. I like grilled meats and I like cooked vegetables, but anything breaded and fried can gtho. I don't enjoy food that makes me feel sluggish and sleepy. I prefer various Asian types of food over American, just for the lightness factor.

"Southern" cuisine interests me none.
