The other posters have you covered here. The only thing I would add is if you have time, make the trip to Mobile to Robert Trent Jones at Magnolia Grove. You can make a tee time on both courses and just make a day of it. They would be top 5 when compared to any on the lists already mentioned.

1) Fallen Oak (Must stay at the Beau)
2) RTJ (I prefer the Falls, but most like the Crossings better)
3) RTJ (Opposite of above)
4) Preserve
5) Grand Bear

"can't miss" seafood

Half Shell Oyster House right across the street from the Beau and Hard Rock. Best seafood in Biloxi, IMO. Another poster mentioned it, but I'm telling you I go there every time I am home, sometimes make a special trip.

Not really a beach person

Just in case you decide to wander out, take the ferry to one of the islands. The beaches on the south side of the islands are akin to what you would expect east of Gulf Shores. I think it was ship island that made the top 25 beaches in America list last year.

Hope you have a great time man. Oh yeah, hit up Chef Scott's in Ocean Springs if you have the time. Sushi is fricking fantastic.
