Probably both. At Arkansas, we had really good instate classes his first 2-3 years, but then it dried up. Tyler Wilson, Joe Adams, Greg Childs, Chris Gragg, DJ Williams and Jarius Wright were all instate guys from those classes. When they were gone, we had no skill players to replace them.
