And if they physically attack the protesters then they must be ready to accept consequences as well.

Well sure. But if the protestors had jobs then firing them based on the protesting or other similar action is perfectly fine.

absolutely. That would not, however, fall under a First Amendment violation. That's a violation of TN state law.
