I'm not having it both days. The First Amendment only applies to the government regulating free speech. If you don't agree with how the Constitution applies, take it up with the SCOTUS. If a group of private citizens wants to try to block them, there is nothing the 1st Amendment can do to prevent that. Now, if they break the laws of the state of TN in the process, then yes, they can be prosecuted as such.
