I seriously think Mauk is a talented QB, I think he's a damn headcase. We really got under his skin more than anything.

And he tackled Spurrier. lol Wasn't that him?

He is. He has a big arm, he can run. He has those things, but he makes poor decisions too often and his accuracy is very erratic. I also think he has a hard time seeing the field, and he bails from the pocket too easily.

I will give him a bit of credit though as he made a concerted effort to work on those things and he played better towards the end of the year.

no, Spurrier wasn't even knocked off his feet, and Mauk flattened a Minnesota safety in the Citrus bowl, so no, he didnt run the OBC.

Mauk's main problem is he just really hasn't taken his opportunity seriously enough, but that's all changing now, it has to do with his dads health, that's all I'm gonna say.

If Mauk does go down we have some experienced and good backups in Berkstressor and Printz, Berks is a 5th year senior and has a great arm, he's big and tough but slow and not mobile at all. Printz is all around good, good size, good arm, good feet, just good, but yea we aren't done if Mauk gets hurt, not by a long shot. Incoming freshman Lock may be Chase Daniel II, but he won't see the field, just too many experienced guys in front of him, red shirt for him this year.
