There is the Mullen factor here. He is too loyal to Seniors in my opinion. Let him have it for that...I will agree with you.

What are you missing about what I'm saying? They are behind at least a year of development compared to upperclassmen. If you develop players properly, freshmen shouldn't be more talented than the older guys very often.

The year of age and weight room development alone are huge compared to a HS kid.
