Yeah, from everything I've read Virginia seems like the team to beat at the moment.

Apparently they are basically bringing back their entire roster outside of Justin Anderson. They apparently recruited him really hard the first time around.
I think the sister thing matters, but if I was a betting man I would bet on UVA or Duke landing him.
