They are. I wasn't trying to refute anything you said. You can't bring up Chavis or Steele, or god forbid both in the same post without people melting. I was just saying numbers aside, he's a good coordinator, but this will be the first time since he started at Tennessee that he'll be faced with implementing "his" scheme/style while also dealing with a roster that isn't loaded with NFL talent.

It'll be interesting to see how the next few years pan out. He's going to finish out in College Station unless Butch gets canned and UT finally offers him the HC position up there (they've never called him once about it since Fulmer got fired and its his dream job).

Please, this thread is pretty good on the talk. In fact, Aggy admits bringing up Steele was a mistake.
