well I honestly have no idea what you're talking about outside Liggins being from Oxford. I stopped caring about him about 4 years ago or however long ago he was in high school, not that I ever really did. But fact is, Florida St was the only school that ever had a realistic shot at getting Dupre. He was thought to be a lock to LSU throughout his recruiting process. His finalists were LSU, FSU, and UCLA. Just because he took an OV to Ole Miss doesn't mean the reason you didn;t get him was because you got outbid. Every other school he looked at offers far more as a program than Ole Miss could ever dream of. This what Ole Miss fans like you fail to grasp. When you can match the facilities, history, and NFL products schools like LSU and Alabama have, then you might not have to try to "outbid" schools to get a LOI.

ETA: and yes, recruits get paid everywhere, but no every school is not giving players suitcases full of money like you want to believe
