If one could do these, would he be considered to have the strongest upper body in the world?
-525 lb dumbbell shrugs (no straps, full range of motion)
-225 lb dumbbell curls (not strict form, but good enough form to be considered a good curl)
-600 lb dumbbell row (no straps, full range of motion)
-do lateral raises with inch dumbbells (these dumbbells have 2" thick grips and weigh 172 each)
-pull 2000 lbs on a seated cable row (custom build a cable row machine that can hold enough 45s to pull this off)
-bend crescent wrench
-close tetting world class gripper (rated at 272 lbs, 67 lbs more than the world famous captains of crush #4)
