I was part of an exchange program in the very early 70s having a talent for linguistitics .... it's the reason I ended-up doing the work I did most of my life.

I lived with some Christian Lebonese here at USC, and in Beruit, during the bad old days. I laws already fairly good with french and English, and I learned most of their vulgarities .... but I can tell you that the Palestinians are the ones that murdered the true Lebanese ... not the Israelies.

The Lebonese were almost totally Christian ... when I was there it was the most beautiful country in the middle east .... but the radical Muslims came in and destroyed it trying to get at Israel.

I'm still in touch with all of those guys.
