I don't think they will cut prisons since they passed a pretty major prison reform bill to avoid having the Feds take over our prisons.
They'll cut the usual - services that largely impact the poor and indignant. Republicans will cheer, and then wonder why our health, education, infant mortality, crime, etc. statistics are always among the worst in the nation.

The sad/scary part of this is that the legislators actually seem to be representing the voice of their constituencies.
