He'd still support a popular vote on it, but he basically said it was off the table for him this coming special session. He wants tax increases to fix the revenue problem.

Bentley trying to get tax increases is great and all, but I think he's pissing in the wind. What happens when he doesn't get those tax cuts? The budget still has to be balanced right?
