It's just art I grabbed off the web. The Naval Ensign and the Army of Tennessee's flags were very similar. In truth, there was a pretty good bit of variation among individual examples of both. The big difference that I wanted to show was the rectangular vs square shapes and, of course, the fact that the stars and bars flag isn't what adorned the top of the General Lee.
