We've had 4-5 threads about it up here, and of course the poliboard downstairs has been soused with threads on the subject

I must say today was the first time I've ever posted on the poliboard, and it is a struggle. It's amazing how many crazy people there are. This board is much more refreshing.

Like I said the flag has historical significance and that is it's proper place. There are to many things in this world that represent something to one person or group and something entirely different to another person or group. I know this will be unpopular but if we keep removing things that hurt someone's feelings we are going to have nothing.
Please don't take this as me supporting racism or bigotry all things from the past have their place and some things we need to keep around if for nothing else than to remember so the mistakes are never repeated.
