Yes.. Another officer had talked to the homeowner at the front door of his house. The trigger happy cop was just doing his own thing, walking their property and killed his fricking dog.

Sometimes you need to go into a neighbor's yard if you don't have any targets to shoot at in the yard you're called to. I completely understand.
