Outside of the schools that are actually good at college baseball, nobody really cares, this is not really news.
College football is mega huge, college basketball is still really big (especially the tournament), outside of that there really isn't much national attention for any other college sports.

Our baseball has sucked so long, I've lost interest in the sport altogether.
