That was embarrassing. Of course we had an insider intentionally sabotaging us in the game, so there's at least an explanation. It's our fault for not recognizing what a piece of garbage he was and sending his arse on a "recruiting" trip to wherever the densest outbreak of Ebola happened to be at that moment, but still the situation was unusual.

No doubt it was a monumental choke job. One of the worst the tournament has ever seen, and one of which only a certain caliber of coach is even capable of having happen. Still, given the state of the LSU basketball program, even to be playing in the NCAA tournament was such a huge leap forward that it's hard to be upset with anything that happened once we got there. The next time we get there, three or four years from now, maybe we can hope to win a game or at least be more disappointed if we don't.

It's just LSU sports. All the potential in the world without the remotest clue how to reach it. It's really more frustrating than anything else.
