This is the one I have pillow. If you move a lot in your sleep it can be a pain if you aren't using a mummy bag. I basically put the pillow inside the top of my bag to keep it from wandering off (I don't sit still in my sleep). I have a friend who put some velcro on it and the sleeping pad to keep it from sliding away. It's not perfect like your pillow at home, but a million times better than laying on the ground.
