That is true. Now, as a MSU fan I can't really say anything about this year, but that had to be one of the easiest roads to the CWS ever. The 1 seed in the regional,OSU, goes down before they even get a chance to meet. Had to beat a 4 seed out of the Big East to advance. Then they get SMS which was probably one of the biggest overrated National Seeds ever, and they get them at home. All that said, Arky did do what they had to do, but it wasn't that much.

Well this post is chock full of dumbassery.

The Stillwater Regional was thought to be one of the most competitive out of the 16.

MOST was a buzzsaw that had won nearly 20 straight games and completely punked their regional. Had 2 legit ace starters, w/ one that led the NCAA in strikeouts this season. He had nasty stuff, he'll be a MLB player for a long time.

It was a stroke of luck that they couldn't host the Super Regional, the crowd did make a difference and we turned that good luck into a payoff.

We've not had a healthy complete pitching staff all season long, we won something like 7 or 8 straight SEC series after losing the LSU series.

I know you're butthurt, however that Hog team deserves to be in Omaha. They've overachieved big time.

Thought. That's the problem, someone thought. That regional was crap, and playing SMS in the Supers at home was the best draw any team could want. I'm sure as hell not jealous of anything in or pertaining to Arkansas athletics or anything else in that state. I said your team did what it had to do, and I sure as hell don't have room to talk, but don't go making shite up. That road to Omaha was one of the easiest ever. Period.
