"Jennings was a four-star dual-threat quarterback recruit in Tennessee’s Class of 2015 according to his Rivals profile. The Murfreesboro, Tennessee product was the 13th-ranked dual-threat quarterback in the nation and ninth top recruit from the state of Tennessee."
Pretty sure being a 4* washes away all sins and transgressions at least once or twice. If he was at LSU, they could just have a team vote.
