yes Tulane was a charter SEC member and rival of LSU. Yes, Tulane has more SEC titles than Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt. Yes they have had two Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl invites. No, you do not know what "once upon a time means." And no, I'm not surprised.
