NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's one thing to have 2 Border States in the SEC.. (Kentucky and Mizzou) BTW...These border states have stars on the Stars and Bars so they are cool in my book. Anyway, WV was born out of that area of Virginia separating from Virginia when Virginia became a Confederate State. H to the N.... They are PURE YANKEE TRASH.. I am not a racist....
