Buildings in 4th Ward overhauled but neighborhood pop not so much. I dare u to stop for gas at that Texaco after midnight.

Yeah I know alot of new restaurants and some businesses have moved to the O4W, but houses down there still have bars on the windows. It's going in a good direction, but it's still years away from being a residential destination

4 of my buddies used to live in the house on Hogue street 2 houses up from that Texaco. Lived there for probably 5 years. I certainly wouldn't want to live there, but I mean it's not like they were beating away drug dealers everyday. To my knowledge they never had any breakins or crime issues.
